Great hair cut and lovely atmosphere in the salon, I’m sure to become a regular here!

Very bizarre experience. The hairdresser who I was seeing seemed nervous and I felt very uneasy. She then proceeded to labour over my hair for 40-mins (usually takes 15mins) and after a rough dry, the cut and shape was poor. The senior stylist I think caught on to what was happening and ended up having to take over to fix my hair which has now been cut significantly shorter than what I hoped. The resulting cut is nice but overall it took 1-hour and 15-minutes for a simple haircut.
