I had a shellac manicure (however products are not CND Shellac), great ambience and staff...manicure was good!

The salon is absolutely beautiful, it looks stunning. However, the area for pedicures is actually just a chair in the corner of the room - a bit like garden furniture, not particularly comfortable. The classic pedicure does not include polish, for that you have to book re-varnish, even if you’re not wearing varnish originally. Despite my confusion and the almost empty salon, the staff wouldn’t include the polish in my booking unless I paid an additional £7, a big deal was made out of the situation with the owner coming over - it was all quite embarrassing, so I ended up cancelling. Such a shame as it could have been a great, local salon and I could have been a regular customer!
