I had an exceptional experience at Margaux. I came in last minute with a really tricky hair issue, as a result of illness, which was causing me a lot of stress. The atmosphere was great from the off, I felt comfortable talking to Eric about my needs and he took the time to listen to me and hear what I was dealing with and think about how to tackle it. He wasn't fazed by me being emotional, acted like a friend in fact! Haircut was lovely, expertly done, efficient - v happy customer. will return!
