As always Yoann was an absolute star. Me and my husband looking lovely and always goes and extra step to make sure that you leave the salon looking with perfection.
His assistant that washed and brushed my hair was not so gentle and it really made me appreciate when yoann has the time to wash and brush my hair. She did a rough dry which left my hair a little bit tangled but it was fixed before I left the salon and I did not even have to ask for it. Yoann noticed and fixed this on his own.

Very good as always. I just had a quick dry manicure with Andrea who is always very attentive.
