Massage technique is 5 stars, but they use gloves. (Personally I prefer massage without gloves.) Customer service is 1 star. I asked for water, but no water. I asked to change from Relaxing to Sweden (which was £2.50 difference in price according to the app) but I was order to pay £5 extra, or they would not change it. They have no clue what customer service is. I doubt I will be back.

Poor service. I arrived 15 minutes early for my 1st visit only to be let in at 5 minutes before the massage. I wasn’t greeted by Jessica as she was shouting down the phone, and then asked me to speak to what seemed to be her phone company. No questions asked about my health or pregnancy. The massage was then carried out with Latex gloves. She didn’t ask if I had any allergies before doing so. The gloves felt horrible. At the end, she didn’t offer me a glass of water and I left without a goodbye.
