The therapist was in a rush which meant a rather unrelaxing experience. As it was waxing a rather sensitive area I would’ve liked a bit more care to have been taken.

I’ve booked a patch test as it was first time treatment in that center and I’ve been told it wasn’t necessary because I’ve already done the treatment in another center and she went ahead with the treatment which was a complete disaster.
I’m sorry to say this, but very disappointed with the treatment. I’ve done electrolysis in the upper lip 3wks ago and it has left me with visible spots, still visible now despite no sun exposition. Hair is already growing even darker than before.
