All reviews are genuine feedback from verified customers, so you know exactly what to expect at each and every venue.Mei M was great , good massage for 90 min but unfortunately I leave a bad review as I purposely booked a massage with head and face and then a hair wash cut and dry after and the lady took another client in and asked me to wait . I had a prior engagement and had to walk out the salon with oily dirty hair from the massage , prepaid for booking of hair and no refund ! I shall not be returning for bad customer service .

Ive been before and they are usually very good but this time the door didnt close properly so i felt a little uncomfortable at the thought of someone coming. Once i got home i also realised that i had wax in my hair. This has never happened before and was of course an accident but

The therapist was very nice however I didn’t have a great experience with the treatment, my eyebrows seem a bit burned / sensitive 2 days later. The brow shape is fine but not made a huge difference to my face. It was a good price at under £10.

This was my first time at the clinic. Roberto was very good and helped give me a very nice look. He has a different style and is very courteous and professional. I will be going to him for my hair for sure
