Not a good facial. Seemed like Sara couldn’t be bothered. She didn’t ask any questions or look at my skin before starting and didn’t take my eye makeup off. She didn’t let me know what she was doing and at one point put something on that started burning badly (I had said I have sensitive skin). The extractions were extremely painful and have damaged the skin on my nose. When I got home I had to put moisturiser on as my skin was dry and sore. She seemed nice but it was a very bad facial

The therapy room is lovely and comfortable. The massage itself was just ok. Very repetitive, basic massage. Maybe the massage therapist was tired or having an off day.
