I will find elsewhere to do my remaining treatment, the clinic just isn’t very professional. I had to go home and return later as no one arrived to open, after waiting 25 minutes at the door. Just a tip, but Good customer service would be to offer a % of the next treatment for the inconvenience, train delays aren’t a valid excuse. Zenya however was very apologetic, kind and thorough during my appointment however it’s up to management to have customer service training.
I was quite surprised by how well the haircut turned out in the end.
It was bouncy and I had the best hair ever done.
Plenty full compliments from work place! Can’t be anymore happier with the results.
