F was good, but her methods were a bit damaging for my skin and led to flare ups, I communicated I have sensitive skin but harsh methods were used. I will come back in the future as I do like the salon and they are all very talented, just this experience was a bit misaligned with my skin texture and needs.

Roberto was lovely but I’m sad to say these were probably the worst highlights I’ve ever had - super chunky, not well blended and I look at my roots and feel like a zebra, the blow dry was great so I couldn’t really tell when I left but sadly I know I need to go somewhere else to get them corrected. I’m not even sure if a toner was used, very confusing. Also 45 min late and blamed the Treatwell app. I’m understanding but I was meant to be there for 2 hours and was there for nearly 5!

I've been coming here for a Brazilian waxing every other month for the past year and has always been a pleasant experience, with almost no pain. Unfortunately today was different, on the middle of my waxing I experienced severe pain. The lady told me it was normal, but I knew something was not right. I just arrived home and realised that my vulva has been burned. I have blisters and redness and is extremely painful. I'm a doctor and I know this would take weeks to heal.
