My booking was confirmed and then they doubled booked , so I sat waiting , it was a waste of my time and unprofessional of them to take another client whilst I was already there in time having a massage downstairs which allowed for enough time to come upstairs and have my hair done . I am still waiting for a refund . I usually go to Roberto but he was unfortunately not there

I had great expectations about this salon but left with my face full of little cuts everywhere. I still have little scars of the cuts and it has been almost a month since I had my full face threading.

Mei M was great , good massage for 90 min but unfortunately I leave a bad review as I purposely booked a massage with head and face and then a hair wash cut and dry after and the lady took another client in and asked me to wait . I had a prior engagement and had to walk out the salon with oily dirty hair from the massage , prepaid for booking of hair and no refund ! I shall not be returning for bad customer service .

Ive been before and they are usually very good but this time the door didnt close properly so i felt a little uncomfortable at the thought of someone coming. Once i got home i also realised that i had wax in my hair. This has never happened before and was of course an accident but
