Was given a different therapist on arrival. Initially told that the original therapist I had booked for would continue the treatment after cleansing was done, but this did not turn out to be the case. Would have been nice if I was informed beforehand.

Raha was professional and very good at her job. 5 stars for her. She has done an excellent Keratin treatment for me. As for her colleague she was rude and unprofessional. It was freezing cold in the salon and she kept removing the blow heater as she needed it without even apologising when she knew I was freezing cold. There is no ventilation in the salon so the door had to be kept open adding to the cold as it is 2 degrees outside. It’s a shame.

I had a terrible experience here. Not one to leave bad reviews but I need to be honest. I booked a Swedish massage hoping for relaxation and help easing pain as I had a frozen shoulder, which I mentioned to Zayna. It was like a Thai massage, but pulling me around, no care, extreme pressure and random hitting in lots of places. I said many times it’s too strong pressure, the masseuse replied ‘I know’ but carried on the same, this happened 5 times. I am in worse pain today and am bruised.

I booked Fatima but a different lady to do my treatment electrisis and I have got a bruise dot and my eye brown areas are still red. I have done it before with Fatima and never had issue. This time I have bruises and very red.
