When I arrived at Bella's they took my temperature with a gun, and gave me some hand gel. I felt really reassured that they were doing things safely, which was awesome, as my partner is high risk, so I was a little nervous about being put and about, as we haven't been doing much inside during the pandemic. Maria was so lovely, she was chatty, she asked me what I wanted my brows to look like and explained what she was going to do. She was really efficiently and genuinely so lovely!
