I got a lash lift, which ruined my lashes. This was immediately blamed on my “weak lash condition”and they said this was discussed. This was never discussed. I was only told about the “weak condition” of my lashes after the procedure was done. Professional opinion elsewhere said my lashes are not weak, and instead were over-processed. When I messaged later to discuss a refund due to being unhappy with the result. I was told the lashes looked fine, and it was my own lash condition or my sleeping
