When you select hot wax they still use strip wax on the bikini areas, this is explained beforehand by the therapist. Some bits were missed and I had to point out but overall very good.

Not a bad experience - hopefully these will hold up better than previous gels I have had at other places! £30 does seem slightly steep though, when other salons charge £20-£25 for the exact same service.
