Maria is a holistic practitioner and massage therapist who embarked on her holistic journey in search of balance and well-being. Inspired by Ayurveda and Yoga, she discovered their inclusive philosophies and practices that encompass all aspects of life.
As an empathetic and caring therapist, Maria tailors each session to meet the unique needs of her clients, supporting them in improving their overall well-being. She believes in addressing the root cause and regulating the nervous system through bodywork and other modalities to strengthen the mind-body connection. This approach brings numerous benefits, including pain reduction, faster recovery, enhanced immune function, improved healing ability, increased sense of control, and overall well-being.

Maria's passion lies in blending Eastern and Western methods. She has received training at the London School of Massage and various Ayurvedic institutions in the UK and Kerala. Her qualifications include Remedial-deep tissue, Holistic, Pregnancy, and Ayurvedic massage. Additionally, she is an Advanced Oxygen Advantage® Breathwork Instructor, RYT +700 yoga teacher, certified Ayurvedic Practitioner DAPC, and holds a B.Sc. in Psychology.
What we like about the venue:
During your first session, a consultation form will need to be completed. If you have any major Health concerns, please get in touch in advance. If you need to cancel your reservation, kindly do so as far in advance as possible. If you need to reschedule for a different time on the same day, please get in touch, and I will do my best to accommodate you if there are any available slots. Here are some tips for preparing before your session: Talk to your therapist about your specific needs and any medical conditions.
Avoid heavy meals right before the massage.
Drink water to stay hydrated.
Wear comfortable clothing and remove jewellery.
Shower before your appointment to stay clean.
Let the therapist know your preferences for pressure and temperature.
Take your time getting up after the massage.
Follow any aftercare recommendations from your therapist.
