Very disappointing first visit. The beautician repeatedly insisted I not book through Treatwell as they take a large cut. She mentioned they were understaffed because a beautician hadn’t come in but still prioritised two walk-ins, leaving me with acetone on my nails for nearly an hour. The salon had a limited selection of colors, and the shaping was uneven. She didn’t fix two nails with bumps under the polish. My 40-minute appointment took 1 hour 15 minutes.
