There was poor customer service, the appearance of the salon was not that clean and level of professionalism. Staff did not have a clue about my appointment or what I was looking to get done. After telling staff what I wanted to get done, they assumed the wrong thing and almost was given a completely different service. Staff did not listen to requirement and was dissatisfied with the overall service received. Therefore, I would not recommend this salon to anyone.
