Booked this late Friday night and managed to get an appointment for the next morning. Hairdresser is v experienced and listened to what I needed. V happy with haircut!

I had my highlights and a cut and I'm very happy with the finish. And she was quick. Lovely hairdresser, definitely recommend.

Absolutely gutted. First I was lied about what staff were doing my hair. The lady took 2.5 hours to do half a head of highlights! My roots are so obvious and wonky. That I actually need my hair redone next week! Completely ran out of time as I had to collect my kids. So no toner were applied or hair mask. I ran out of the hair dressers with conditioner on my hair. It was mental.
