My experience here was very poor. First, I couldn't even find the salon - I used the address from their website and Google Maps didn't even find it so I had to ask in a couple of shops nearby. No one had heard of it. I eventually found it and it was so poorly signposted; no name on the salon or anything.
I tried to open the door but it was locked - I could see through the windows that there was no one there. I phoned the number listed on the website and a woman answered saying she was in an uber and would be there in 10 minutes. She turned up about 5 minutes after my appointment was booked in with her daughter. She told me that they'd just moved salons which is why everything was a bit haphazard. Very unprofessional from the start.
I asked for Balayage and she gave me a hair colour chart which I thought was a bit odd as I'd have expected the hairdresser to know what suited my current hair colour - particularly considering she claimed to have had 35 years' experience. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she got to work. It was a bit of sloppy job as she kept dropping the comb on the floor and dropping the hair dye on the towel around my neck.
The website said it would take 1.5 hours, and 3 hours later I was still in the salon having my hair washed. When she'd finished washing out the dye, I could see that the colour was not at all what I'd asked for. I came away with bright yellow stripes in my hair that resembled badly done highlights, definitely not balayage. I was mortified and booked in at another hairdresser to have it rectified straight away, which set me back £90 on top of the price of the original balayage. Will definitely not be returning or recommending.

Bran new salon so was hard to find as they haven’t got their sign up yet. Saturday girl who washed my hair was so lovely and easy to chat to. Blow dry was nice.
