I was booked for 10am but unfortunately when I got there the salon was still closed ( saturday morning) the hairdresser, after I called her, apologetically told me she was late but would be there in half an hour, after 40 minutes waiting for her I decided to go somewhere else on that street that did a terrible job...what a nightmare!!!
