Mariella is a lovely person, very friendly and clearly a talented hairdresser. However I do feel that she could have listed a little more closely to my requests as my cut is much shorter than I asked for and the blow dry was curled not straight as I asked.

Although Mariella was very friendly my overall experience was a little unprofessional and awkward at times. I think due to the varied and impermanent nature of the salon, wasn't all that clean either, but over at the end of the day my haircut was pretty good so I guess that's the main thing!
