Tried this place for the first time, changing from my usual, to be more local. Overall poor experience, unfortunately. Lady was very attentive and sweet. However, the way hair was styled (mousse and hairspray) after highlights meant my hair was very brittle and crunchy, which doesn't work for my finer hair. When I was trying to brush out, an extraordinary amount of hair fell out with big clumps pulling away at the ends (about 8 in total), which made me very distressed. Deciding to wash out whatever was in there, I felt a large chunk (like a rat's tail) pull out. It was as long as my hair, so there's a piece missing at the back. I felt the need to complain, unfortunately, but was told it was to be expected and my hair was fine. I've never experienced this the 15+ times I've had highlights and cut, and was really distressed that my hair has been damaged. I was offered a complimentary cut, but I won't be going back. Overall, a very worrying experience.

Excellent haircut. I felt like a lot of time, care and attention was spent on getting a beautiful haircut. Very pleased with the results.

The staff were great, they even played with my son while I had my hair cut! Great value for money and I was happy with my hair.

Really good experience. The staff were lovely and very informative. The treatment was relaxing, not much difference seen after however it was my first time so I didn't expect too much change. Great place though.
