The staff were friendly and efficient, and the beautician friendly and professional. The wax itself was very good - the salon uses Lycon wax which I find a lot less painful and more effective than strip and hot wax. I was completely satisfied with the treatment as well as the service. After my wax, I asked offhand if they could give me a consultation for a haircut which they immediately did as well as allow me to make an appointment for right there and then. The hairdresser was thorough in asking me what I wanted done and did exactly that. I like to have my hair cut in layers but it's often difficult to find someone who does this without taking off too much of the length or thickness of my hair. She did this perfectly and cut my hair exactly as I asked, while giving me advise on what would suit me and how to style it. I will definitely go back.
