Erica was extremely professional and friendly. She made the treatment not that painful, one of the best places I had waxing at! Overall I was very happy with the treatment, highly recommended.

The manicurist/pedicurist took a really long time. She did a good job, but managed to draw blood a bit when cutting my cuticles (these things happen). It was a good job overall but give yourself 2.5/3 hours for a mani and pedi as she takes a while. Also they say they use Shellac but be warned it is gel polish but not Shellac. They use Cuccio.
