I trusted the other reviews and made my first appointment. Usually I am very picky and very careful with new salons.However, it was obvious from very begginig that they care about doing great job! On my first appointment I did hot waxing ( they have an amazing hot chocolate wax that I haven't seen in any other salon! Smells great and almost pain free) Since I was very happy with the place I already done my hair and nails and already recommended it to my friends. From now on I would not go anywhere else!
The facial was great. The issue was mostly with the room. The lights don't dim so it was very bright and a bit difficult to relax at first. The therapist was very knowledgeable and thorough. She took much more than an hour which was great since I had the time. Her massage could've been stronger. Results of the facial have been very good, I had some spots come out very quickly on my chin which had been lingering for a long long time. I will definitely return for a facial, but would be great if they got dimming lights!
