The facial was great. The issue was mostly with the room. The lights don't dim so it was very bright and a bit difficult to relax at first. The therapist was very knowledgeable and thorough. She took much more than an hour which was great since I had the time. Her massage could've been stronger. Results of the facial have been very good, I had some spots come out very quickly on my chin which had been lingering for a long long time. I will definitely return for a facial, but would be great if they got dimming lights!

Overall a good experience, staff friendly, clean environment, good waxing technique. I would use this salon again and recommend it to my friends.

The lady was really friendly and professional. The session did take a lot longer than the ones I had had previously because the salon used a different kind of wax- at times it was quite painful! But the result is fantastic!
