It was my first time here, after a recommendation from a friend. I'm so glad I made an appointment here! Jelena was great, very knowledgeable and thorough - and really took the time to understand my hair. I appreciated that she talked me through her approach as it was very reassuring (I get a bit nervous going to a new hairdresser!) Really love how Jelena cut my hair and I'll definitely be back!
