Eti was really lovely and by far my best customer experience in a salon getting my nails done.
Only issue I have with the salon is the hair colour I described was not the hair colour I came out with. I showed the woman, who’s name I didn’t get, a picture of light brown hair. She stated she was going to dye my hair a darker brown and it would lighten when washed. I’ve washed my hair six times now and it’s still a deep dark brown. I just wish they said they couldn’t do it or didn’t have the time.
