Halfway through my wax I realised that Saba was double dipping the wax stick into the pot. Since this is extremely unhygienic I asked her if she was double dipping which she responded that she uses different wax for each client. So I trusted that since I am new to waxing but after she had left the room I saw that the wax pot was dirty and half full. The wax definitely wasn’t changed between clients. Even though Saba was nice unhygienic practices cannot be excused.

Thé gel polish experience was lovely, however they polish started to peel off by the third day. Wasn’t happy at all as got my nails done for going away. Had to just do a DIY job - not worth the money tbh

Fantastic experience! The girl is a wonderful esthetician. She walked me through the entire process of a lash lift, and I am so happy with the results. It was a relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. I will be going back.

Lovely first experience having a gel mani and pedi here - a couple of weeks on and they still look great. I would skip the salt scrub next time as it was a bit rough on my sensitive skin but everything else was lovely and the choices available for my nails were great. Would definitely visit again!
