I’ve been a loyal client for years, but my last visit was chaotic and disappointing. I paid for a director’s cut but didn’t get one. Staff were gossiping, sharing personal info, and moving furniture mid-appointment and closing salon around me. The haircut felt rushed and below standard. I was promised a refund but have since been ignored after calls with the owner and director. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I shouldn’t have to chase basic service.
