Waited an hour for my pre booked appointment. Offered me a drink 50 minutes into my wait and it was wrong.
Felt like the hairdresser was rushing the experience as everyone one else in the store was heading home. I would have liked more off the length but I just wanted to go home as I had waited for so long.
