This place had really gone downhill. The staff used to be attentive and professional. This time they were crying in the middle of reception, another member was in her sweats and on her phone the whole time. I was the only customer in there and still managed to ignore me and be late for my pre-booked appointment. When they asked me to sit down the lady on the phone was rolling her eyes that she needed to move. Disappointing really
