My lashes are curled... DOWNWARDS. The very edges were very slightly lifted, and there's no tint to be seen (unless you count the tint that was left smudged on my eyelids!). The lady told me she'd be leaving the formula on to process for 7 minutes, "even though the instructions on the packet say 10 minutes", because she was worried about over-processing. Clearly, given the results, something had gone wrong.
I was taken over to the manager, who repeatedly talked at me and I couldn't get a word in. She repeated over and over again that they're "not insured to process for more than 10 minutes".
Obviously my lashes were only processed for 7 minutes, but she wouldn't pause long enough for me to explain that. And it didn't explain why there was no tint on my lashes either!
The whole process was frustrating, disappointing, and uncomfortable - my eyes were irritated afterwards! (I took a patch test the day before). I asked for a refund which the manager refused. She was incredibly rude. I left feeling cheated, stressed and of course £45 out of pocket. Find a salon that knows that they're doing, and don't pay in advance through an app.
I had the most amazing pampering experience the facial and massage completely relaxed me and rejuvenated my skin, and and my gel nails done to a high standard. The venue is very stylist and all therapists took very good care of me. I will most certainly be back.
