The location is convenient but the service is poor and this time I have cuts on my feet from quite an aggressive scrubbing work. At some point the member of staff who was applying the gel colour had a full, loud and prolonged conversation with a colleague about a some private business. It was uncomfortable. He also kept checking his phone a lot. Ultimately, they don’t seem to care that despite this being a £55 service the experience is not relaxing. Save your ££ for somewhere with better vibes!
