The keratin treatment was disappointing due to lack of attention. Three different staff members worked on my hair, one frequently on their phone. The wash after the keratin was applied was rushed, leaving residue in my hair. Near the end, the person doing the sealing left abruptly to assist a colleague, leaving my treatment unfinished. Another staff member simply told me it was "finished." The front of my hair is not smooth where it wasn’t sealed properly. Overall, an unsatisfactory experience.

Whole staff and the owner are friendly and helpful lots of treatment options so one can get everything done in one place. The ambiance is inviting and opulent and with staff being so helpful and friendly makes you feel pretty good. The location if fabulous too.
