Sumaiya was wonderful, really reassuring, calm, and she did an excellent lash lift! First time my eyes haven't stung whilst doing. It was a really calming experience and she was lovely to speak to. Very happy with the results!

First of all, the customer service was exceptional! Everyone is so kind and welcoming, it was a positive experience. Areej was super helpful and created such a beautiful look for an engagement party! I loved the final look! 🫶🏼

The keratin treatment was disappointing due to lack of attention. Three different staff members worked on my hair, one frequently on their phone. The wash after the keratin was applied was rushed, leaving residue in my hair. Near the end, the person doing the sealing left abruptly to assist a colleague, leaving my treatment unfinished. Another staff member simply told me it was "finished." The front of my hair is not smooth where it wasn’t sealed properly. Overall, an unsatisfactory experience.
