My appointment for a wash and blow dry was running late so I was offered a complimentary hair masque and was assured it wouldn’t affect my hair colour (purple). It all went a bit downhill from here - by the end of my appointment my hair was a dull grey-brown purple and looked lank and greasier than when I came in :( The staff were honestly all so lovely and helpful and very kind but I had to re-wash and also re-dye my hair when I got home, so it wasn’t exactly ideal.
