Mario was very professional and kind. He clearly communicated with me to get to mutually satisfied style. He asked me about the style I wanted to have and explained to me what could be done and work better for me before getting into work. He showed me end result clearly and was kind all the way through the process.

Mario is the best - he gave me the best cut/ blow dry of my entire life. I was so thrilled with it and it looks incredible. The whole process from wash to cut to dry was perfect and he was focused on me the entire time. He is very professional and made my hair look exactly like the reference picture I brought in. I cannot recommend him enough - especially if you have long, thick hair. Seriously I have never looked as good as I did after walking out of that salon. I will be back!
