The best blow dry I've had, Mario makes you feel comfortable in the chair, as well as confident with the final decision.
Colour was great, the colourist took me through the whole process and really listened to what I wanted. Very happy.

Avoid talking to your client about their religion. Came in for a haircut, not a debate.
The haircut itself was okay and the blow dry was abit if a miss, had better.

I wasn’t asked how I wanted my parting, I think it’s important to communicate with the client in achieving what they want. Even though the staff were nice, i could have got the normal blow dry as there wasn’t anything bouncy about it. It was straight and tongs had to be used after.
