But afterwards I feel so much better, even days after!

Another great treatment from Kat! I am covered in muscle knots from years of not exercising sensibly (repetitive cardio which has given me the muscle knots) and muscle chain tightness. Kat is great at finding the knots and kneeding them out. She also did cupping, which I've never had before, but hopefully this will help to loosen the knots even more. I am hopeful that with regular treatments with Kat plus lots of daily stretching, that I can be pain-free soon.
