As always, extremely skilled and caring. I went after 3 weeks because I was quite sore from the workouts. Kat helped fix most if not all issues with her signature spot/deep tissue massage. It was a treatment more than a massage but much needed. I was able to go back to the gym without having to skip sessions. Thank you very much.
