It's quite a basic set up (just a small, very neat, clean, well provisioned room) in the basement of a hairdressing salon. So it's not super quiet and sometimes you can hear exterior sounds over the calming spa music. However none of that really matters because Kat Linlita is an incredible sports masseuse. She really understands how and why muscles are tight and applies such strength in releasing pressure points and tight muscles. I always feel so relaxed (if a bit sore!) after each massage!

That was my first (and second, and third) experience of a deep tissue massage. It really helped with my back pain coming from a computer-related work. Kat is awesome and reassuring.

A really good deep tissue massage, although painful at times this was due to the tightness of my muscles. I would say if you like legitimate deep tissue massages rather than relaxing/aromatherapy massages then this is great. As she really kneads out those muscles. But if you are quite sensitive and not used to proper deep tissue then this might not be for you.
