I had an amazing deep tissue. I already booked a follow-up appointment in 2 weeks to not let the progress slow down. She's very experienced, able and knows her way around, finding the knots and undoing them. Very talented. I've been looking for a while to replace my previous therapist who returned to her home country. I think I've finally found one.

Kat was great - attentive and considerate as well as very knowledgable. I felt totally comfortable and came away feeling so much relief in my upper back (she had worked a few deep knots out)! The suite was peaceful and comfortable too - highly recommend and will definitely be returning soon.
