Service I received left me feeling uncomfortable. The stylist told me how hungover she was & I could tell she couldn't be bothered. I wanted a wash and curly blow & she wanted to just wash half my hair, then decided to just blow it straight and curl it, without consulting me. She told me my extensions were matted (they weren't, she just hadn't brushed them). I had to ask her to blow it properly because she was just blasting it dry. I was upset & wanted to leave half way through. Hair was ok.
