I arrived at the salon in good time to find a client left unaccompanied in the salon with hair colouring on her hair. The client informed me that the hairdresser had gone out to Tescos so I waited outside.
On her return she informed me that she wasn't aware I was booked in and couldn't do my hair, a wash and blow dry as she had to attend to the other client despite pre booking.
I would suggest that staff check bookings regularly and familiarise themselves with health and safety legislation.
