I've been going to Mark for many years and it is always a great experience. The atmosphere in the salon is so friendly and Mark is a big part of that. I know I'll get exactly what I ask for.

I just had a cut and blow dry this time, as with every money is tight so i didn't have Mark do my hair this time, i had Olivia and she has done an excellent job of my hair

The atmosphere was casual and unprofessional. It was noisy, and the salon gave the impression of being cluttered and shabby. My shampoo was the worst I’ve ever had. At several points my hair was caught in the brush, or maybe jewelry, and pulled. Despite my involuntary winces, no notice was taken or apology given There was too much talking and not enough listening. I asked for a slight flick out but left the salon with one side out and the other curled under. I found the experience stressful.
