Mark listens to everything you have to say and discusses what he thinks you are saying you want. Then he says what he will do and I just leave everything to him. Everyone of my friends tells me that my hair "always looks good". The cut keeps it'shape for weeks. Mark really knows what he is doing. I have sent several people to him and they are all as impressed as I am!
