Sandra was waiting for me as I came into the salon. She was very friendly, bubbly and happy. She out me at ease right away. She took me to her station and listened to what I wanted and made very helpful suggestions to achieve the look I wanted. She made the whole experience of going to a new salon comforting and relaxing. I absolutely love my new hair style. Sandra cut my hair a way that needed minimal maintenance by myself. I would highly recommend Mark Searl and Sandra Way!
