Great cut yet again! Marco transformed my hair from lifeless and dead at the ends to soft and shiny with style

Had to wait 45 minutes because Marco's assistant didn't turn up for work (not his fault tho and he was very gracious about it). There's a cute little dog and the head massage is to die for. The haircut was quite quick considering how long I'd waited but then again it was just a trim. Finally, it cost me more than I expected as I didn't realise the treatment he was doing would cost more- he just spoke about it as though this was part of the deal and then charged me more. I didn't say anything though.
Haircut-wise am pleased. It looks good and is much neater. Wasn't in love with it from the start cos he put product in it to make it "sleek" and I had said before I like it big and bold. Oh well! Not a bad experience overall and Marco was nice enough.

Best haircut I've had in a long, long time and the best I've found in London at a reasonable price. Marco is so knowledgeable and pays so much care and attention. I will definitely be going back.
