Bart was exceptionally thoughtful and listened to my issues carefully. The deep tissue massage was very intense and not a very 'relaxing' experience, but he certainly did some serious work relieving tension and stretching out certian muscle groups. I was sore the next day but I am definetly feeling the benefits and my legs, glutes and back feel great now. He offered so much advice and recommended specific exercises for my particular needs. Thank you Bart!
