Outstanding haircut just a shame that they couldn’t do the beard trim at the moment

I had booked an appointment at 12:00 and I went there 5 minutes earlier. The place was full, with a customer waiting outside. When I poke to someone they were not very polite and they told me to get in and wait. I had to wait 25 minutes (!), although I had an booked an appointment. The place was not clean for sure and the haircut was mediocre. Also, another barber from the I had booked gave me the haircut.
