They ensured that the correct length of hair was trimmed off so any dead hair at the end would not fall off. They suited and met my expectations beautifully.
However they should do a package of trimming and relaxer so you dont have to buy it separately

Brilliant work, so quick and accurate! Plus, her singing along to the tunes in the salon enhanced my experience. DEFINITELY recommend.
Also, communication from the team before I even booked was quick, polite, and gave me the confidence to make the booking.
Overall, great experience!

Lovely (Vanessa was the stylist). Super fast, really thorough shampoo and really neat retwist without the high tension and tearing through new growth that some stylists do. Super crisp finish and nice products used, see you for a style next time…👀

Okay salon but they take on bookings without having the stylists - be prepared to wait hours to get your hair done. Also, the prices on Treatwell do not reflect what you will actually pay (they need to add a disclaimer that you will pay extra for literally anything - length of hair, relaxed or natural hair etc). Overall the service was poor but the hair was okay but not worth the wait and price. Very inconsiderate of other peoples time.
