It was my first time booking through treatwell. Got to the salon at my appointment time and I only waited about 5 minutes to be seen. I showed Marsha the style I wanted and I got exactly as requested. The salon is nice and clean and the staff are welcoming. I also managed to get my eyebrows done while there. I'll definitely be going back again soon.

I remember having to tell one of the trainees not to put my extensions in her mouth. Marsha (who I expect is on maternity leave now) was good but the trainee was not and needed constant guidance. Another staff member there seemed to take issue with the fact that I had "wasted" the blonde hair extensions which struck me as a bad sign (Marsha, to her credit, was not so judgemental). The braids themselves were a little longer than I'd wanted and in some places were inconsistently shaped

I returned to Marsha’s for a top up of my Brazilian blow wave treatment. Marsha remembered me from my last visit and asked me for my thoughts on how my hair had reacted since. Taking this into account, she tailored the treatment to my needs. It was no surprise that I was pleased with the results!
