Greta is so lovely on welcoming at reception. This time five of the ladies shower cubicles were out of order, although, I didn’t have to wait to long to shower after my spa. Also the steam room was out of service which was disappointing, there is only so many times you can using the sauna in a three hour period. It would be nice if Westminster Council can spend some money in renovating this place.

The facial was great and the therapist was really helpful. The only thing I’d had changed was the music wasn’t very relaxing, it didn’t seem like spa music. Very minor thing though, it was a great treatment, will be back!

Paid at front desk (leisure centre) and was directed to spa. No one on desk at spa so found my way to changing room, cleaner there cleaning ( good sign). Got to the spa area and one of the 2 saunas not working at all, the other was on 70 degrees and was told by some members is not at all hot and I know it should be over 90. That just left the steam room of which there was no steam at all when I entered until a guy who was a member took something out the wall which was loose and then the steam was continuous until you popped it back in. Complained about the sauna temperature to very disinterested spa staff who "called" the manager 2x to turn up temperature but it never happened. The relaxation area was quite cold and they played terrible background music! I stayed for 2 of the 3 hours and went and spoke to the leisure staff on the way out who didn't know one of the saunas was broken. They were actually nice and gave me a voucher to come back.
