It was very crowded with men and I was the only woman for basically my entire experience which was super weird. And the place is not very clean.
Treatment by Spa
It was busier than usual on a Sunday, which seems to be popular now. The steam and the sauna rooms were piping hot which was good me for. It was a little off-putting with the guy next to me snoring on the lounger. The heating in the lounge area could be warmer.
I do miss the free slippers and receiving a robe with a towel now we just get two towels. Also the fruit and vegetable in the water was a nice touch too, can you bring that back.
The ladies changing area can do with a clean during the day as I am used to seeing them clean down the surfaces and wash the floor, at different times.

That is difficult to do since my facial was cancelled because the person doing the facial was late so I did not have the experience and I lost my £5 which was included in the rate I was meant to pay in cash.
